We run mechanical design, Bluetooth firmware and app development on one R&D chain, with the supply chain joining at kickoff, forming“software + hardware + supply chain”as a closed capability loop. We serve brands, cross-border sellers and channel partners — offering platforms that can go on sale immediately, as well as deep customisation starting from zero.

White-label apps and SDK licensing carry no hardware threshold — an annual licence is enough. For full-device ODM we recommend 500 units for the first order, to cover tooling and line setup. Programmes using an existing mould can start lower.
Adapting an existing platform with new colours and finishes usually ships the first batch in 4–6 weeks. A completely new exterior needs tooling and several validation rounds, typically 10–12 weeks. Certification adds another 2–3 weeks.
Yes. There are two forms: a white-label app, which we maintain and you re-skin and publish, or an SDK licence, where your own app integrates our Bluetooth protocol and algorithms. The latter comes with full protocol documentation, sample projects and integration support.
Local-first by default: usage records stay on the device and are not uploaded. Remote-interaction links are end-to-end encrypted and the server never stores interaction content. Every collection point can be switched off, and local data can be wiped in one tap.
For custom programmes, exterior design, mechanical drawings and bespoke firmware features belong to the client by default, stated in the contract. The general protocol stack and app framework in our standard platforms remain licensed by us.
We can prepare CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and UN38.3 submissions, and supply plain outer cartons, unbranded packaging and direct dispatch from overseas warehouses. Packaging structure and copy can follow your brand guidelines.
No. We only deliver the solution and the device base — no retail, no distribution. CoyToy is our demo brand, used purely to show what the finished product looks like; it never competes with our clients.
